Depending on the area being treated, treatment time can be as little as 15 minutes.

The number of treatments required varies for each client. It depends on your hair and skin type and the area being treated. However, we normally suggest 10-12 sessions with maintenance to ensure a good result. Treatments are normally 4 – 6 weeks apart, however, this can increase as you are further into your treatments and seeing less and less hair regrowth. Every body part has a different hair growth cycle so results will vary depending on the stage your hair follicles are in at the time of treatment.

You may experience minimal discomfort with laser hair removal, especially when compared with alternatives, such as waxing. After each treatment, the hair becomes thinner and discomfort is decreased further. You will feel a slight tingling on most areas being treated, particularly on sensitive areas the feeling can be compared to being flicked with a rubber band.

TIP: To reduce discomfort, ensure you have shaved well. Sometimes you can also be more sensitive if you are hormonal.

Our recommendation is to avoid Laser Hair Removal for at least the first trimester. From the second trimester onwards, after consultation with your doctor and an approval letter we are able to treat you. We cannot guarantee any result as your body is going through many hormonal changes, there are many other factors that may impact your treatment.
